Juicy couture has an amazing perfume for 60$. But, since you're thirteen (I was not so long ago!) you probably don't want to pay the price. But 60$ is actually pretty cheap, and all of my friends love the perfume, I got them each 2 oz size bottles for giveaways at my birthday and they wear it all the time! If not, Harajuku Lovers has a great 50$ solid perfume kit with 5 different perfumes. So, depending on your attitude of the day, you pick a perfume. My favorite is Baby, which is a bit baby-powder and lilac-y smelling, along with G which has freesia and mango.What is the best perfume for a girl that is 13?
anything light and fruity. i love gwen stefani's new ones, 'harajuku lovers', they're sooo nice ;)
i also really like ones from avon but they dont really linger.
just look around and you'll find one you like ;)
I would maybe go with Hollister or Aeropostale type perfume. Those perfumes are meant for teens. Or maybe something fruity like cotton candy.

ya i would say like fruity sprays from bath and body those are good really nice smelling but not over done yu know?
go to victoria secret theres smell really good and alot of my friends have them
