Are the perfumes sold on streets fake?or stolen?

Are the perfumes sold on streets on tables by the people stolen or fake???

I mean theres a stand right infront of a precinct and nothing happens....

I know counterfeit or fake knockoffs are illegal to do, but stolen is not proven since they dont know if it is.

However, i study law, so they are allowed to sell w.e they want considering that they have a permit to sell, not stating exactly fake real or stolen.

And consumer affairs prolly doesnt care about little things like that..

But if anyone knows personally if those are fake or stolen real, id like to know...

Really cheap prices too, has me thinking its fake too...Are the perfumes sold on streets fake?or stolen?

They may be fake, stolen, OR could be rejected lots by the manufacturer. Sale of rejected lots is called the ';grey market';. It is often perfectly legal to do so, but the quality is questionable.
fake. sold as replica. not sold as the product they imitate, rather as similar. (not really that similar).
fake, stolen or defective/expired.
of course they are fakes
