Daytime perfumes are usually lighter in fragrance and smell fresher and cleaner. Think light florals, such as Daisy Marc Jacobs.





Nighttime perfumes are stronger, usually, and are more musky ... or make more of an impact. An example would probably be Angel by Thierry Mugler.





However, no fragrance is strictly ';day'; or ';night';. You can wear whatever you want, whenever you want. Hope I helped!
