Before I developed asthma, I loved to wear perfume, and my favorite was Joy. It was very expensive, but a little went a long way.


As for my face, I use Olay products and Bare Minerals makeup.Ladies, what is your favorite brand of perfume and facial product?
My favorite was Ambush. They took it off the market many years ago. I saw a perfume called Ambush in a fragrance outlet a while back, but they changed the formula and it did not smell the same.


My favorite mens cologne is Brut. I don't know what it is about the scent, but I have actually caught myself unconsciously turning and following strangers wearing it.





Edit: I don't wear perfumes anymore because my family, including me; all have sensitivities to petroleum based odors. Which most perfumes are. The one I truly hate the most is Ciara. It doesn't matter how little is used, it will gag me from across a large room. Chantilly is almost as bad. I don't wear make up at all anymore because I get contact dermatitis from every product I have tried.
My favorite brand is Coty, because their colognes are light and often


flowery and fragrant. It's a product I rarely buy, due to the splurge of


buying it.When I was younger, I often got a bottle of something ex-


pensive for Christmas. But over the years, I stopped liking the heavier


scents and now prefer the lighter, airier ones. I don't wear cologne to conserve it for a special occasion. And there are some who


are offended by the scent of cologne. So I have gotten out of the


habit, wearing it except on rare occasions.
I'm a big fan of perfume by Burberry. Burberry for Women has always been my favourite. I also love Chanel No.5 and Coco Mademoiselle.





As for makeup I don't really have a specific favourite brand. I use Clinique for skin care, Chanel for blush, MAC and YSL for eyeshadows, Lancome for mascaras.
I like all equally: Shalimar, Navy, Red Door, Red, L'Air du Temps, Tatiana, Ciara. I'll leave it to you to determine the nations of origin. Facial product, I trust most Clinique, L'Oreal and Sisheido, but for foundation, Revlon Age Defying. It diffuses light.
My favorite is Tova....(Ernest Borgnine wife) she use to sell it on QVC....she does have a website the best perfume I ever wore....people use to ask what I had on. Facial products like liquid foundation I don't wear it anymore.....I just use Loreal eyeshadow...mascara....sometimes eyeliner....and lip gloss.





Ladies you really need to try Tova...you won't be sorry.
For many years, Opium by Yves saint Laurent. Lately, I prefer the softer and much less expensive fragrance of White Musk by Jovan. Stetson for Her is sporty and fresh, also.


I also have some Oscar de la Renta, but I find it a tad too strong these days.

L'Bri from US to cleanse %26amp; moisturize face. I don't wear face make-up. (It's like wrinkle ';highlighter'; to my skin.) But I'll use any brand of mascara %26amp; lipstick if the color is right.
I've tried the more expensive pefume but always get compliments on Wind Song so that's my choice!! I use Merle Norman make-up and have for years!!!

I used O.J.'s Beauty Lotion on cotton. Can't find it anymore.
Chanel was my favorite perfume for many years but I no longer wear a fragrance. I use Dove soap and Pond's Cold Cream for my face. Poppy
