Any tips on how to put on perfume so OTHER PEOPLE can smell it too?

Behind your ears, inside your wrists: areas that move so the bouquet can waft in the air. Smells good from hear. :)
Put it on your pulse points (i.e. wrists, neck, etc.)
if you can smell it after a few minutes, you have too much on. be subtle, not a floozy

get one that is a mist spray it away from you then walk through it. This really works and it gets all over you.
flip your head upside down and spray it in your hair. also the more you wear a perfume the less you can smell on your self cuz youre used to it so try switching perfume often
